The Pomodoro Technique is a productivity method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Work in 25-minute fully-focused intervals (Pomodoros), then take a 5-minute break. After four Pomodoros, take a longer 15–30 minute break. Use our Pomodoro timer to run sessions.
